Buderim Comfy Cottages & Apartments has 36 cottages & apartments. We are full at the moment, but if you are homeless we may be able to help. We have vacancies every couple of weeks. We have studios, 1 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms and a couple bigger. All of rents are inclusivie of power gas and all utilities. Rents are from $280 pw through to $400.
We may be able to help you get a bond loan (4 weeks required) and you may be eligible for 2 weeks free rent from the government.
We also allow small quiet pets at an extra $10 per week.
We are not concerned with your rental history, BUT, you will need to convince us of your ability to pay rent every week⁄fortnight going forward.
We are also building more flats.
